Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. 

 A foot orthotic supports, aligns, prevents or corrects mal-alignments and improves functions of the foot. Also helps reduce knee, back, and hip pain and helps with flat feet, plantar fascitis, bunions, etc.

 We offer a wide range of joint braces for the entire body both custom and off the shelf. We offer bracing solutions for both daily activity as well as sport and prevention.  

 Nutrition counseling is an ongoing process in which a health professional works with an individual to assess his or her usual dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed.  Educational materials, support, and follow-up help the individual make and maintain the needed dietary changes.
